Tastefully furnished with leather sofas and recliner chair, this room is spacious and cosy. A digital flat screen TV provides hours of entertainment and the lounge has a dvd player and music centre. In this lounge also, a connection is provided for broadband internet access.

Second Lounge / Snug
A cream leather sofa adorns this second lounge / snug room. The sofa converts into a double bed allowing 12 guests if necessary.

Dining Room
The dining room has a lovely carved oak dining table; open the blinds and you can eat dinner and watch waterbirds on the nature conservation area.

The kitchen is very spacious and has a large fridge with icemaker, cooker and oven, microwave, coffe maker, blender and all the utensils a family would ever need for cooking at home.

Patio Area, Pool & Spa
Walk out of either of the 2 patio doors and you are in the patio area. There is an alfresco dining table and chairs and a set of padded sunloungers for your enjoyment. There is a large heated pool and spa pool. These can be lit at night and the spa has a timer. What could be nicer than sipping cold champagne in the heated spa pool looking at the variety of waterbird species paddling in the water with the scent of the orange blossom wafting in the air?!!.

Lawn by pool
The views from the side of the pool are spectacular over the nature reserve. Sunbathing is permitted on the large grassland area to the side of the house overlooking the water, and you can take the sunloungers through the pool screen door to access a nice spot on the lawn.
